 Stevens Square Center for the Arts is located at 1905 Third Avenue S. (just south of downtown Minneapolis), near the intersection of Third Avenue and Franklin Avenue.

The gallery is located on the second floor, directly above the Third Avenue Market.

IF YOU ARE COMING BY BUS

The SSCA Gallery is well accessed by public transit. Visitors are encouraged to take public transportation:

• Routes 17 or 18 (Nicollet Avenue): Stop on the corner of Franklin and Nicollet Avenues. Walk four blocks west. You’ll see a gas station on the corner. Turn left onto Third Avenue, and walk one block north to 1905 Third Avenue S.
• Route 2 (Franklin Avenue): Take Route 2 to Stevens Avenue. Walk one block to the north (towards downtown).
• Route 11 (3rd/4th Avenue): Take Route 11 to the corner of 19th street and 3rd Avenue (in front of the Stevens Square Center for the Arts / Third Avenue Market).

IF YOU ARE COMING IN A MOTOR VEHICLE

To arrive by car:

• Via I-94 (from the east). Talk I-94 to the 11th Street exit. Follow 11th street to Third Avenue. Take a left and proceed down third avenue (past the convention center, over the Interstate), until you get to 19th Street. Stevens Square Center for the Arts is located at 1905 Third Avenue S., above the Third Avenue Market.
• Via I-94 / I-394 (from the west). Exit at Lyndale / Hennepin. Follow Lyndale Avenue to Franklin Avenue. Take a left on Franklin Avenue. Go west on Franklin until you get to Third Avenue (you’ll see a gas station on the corner). Turn left on Third Avenue (heading towards downtown), and drive one block north to 1905 Third Avenue S. We are located on the second floor, above the Third Avenue Market.
• Via 35W (from the south). Follow I-35W to the downtown exits. Take the 11th street exit. Follow the directions above for I-94 (from the east).
• Via 35W (from the north). Take I-35W to the south, follow the signs to I-94. Follow the directions above for I-94 (from the east).

PARKING

The Stevens Square Center for the Arts has a limited amount of off-street parking. Enter the parking lot via the alley on 19th Street. Street parking is also available, except where prohibited.
